Production of hard shell jackets for smart dolls is also progressing.
工場さんに仕上げていただいた、できたてハードシェルジャケットをみらいちゃんと千歳ちゃんにさっそく着心地チェックしてもらいました。
We asked Mirai and Chitose to check the comfort of the freshly made hard shell jacket that had been completed by the factory.
みらいちゃん（左側）が工場さん、千歳ちゃん（右側）がMarukoHaluプロトタイプです。
Mirai (left) is a factory made and Chitose (right) is a MarukoHalu prototype.
みらいちゃんも千歳ちゃんも、ファンタスティックな着心地と仕上がりにご満悦。
Mirai and Chitose are pleased with their excellent comfort and workmanship.
左側のハードシェルジャケットは工場で量産に入る前にテスト的に制作する「先作り（先上げ）」と呼ばれるサンプルです。
This product is a test sample before going into factory production.
このハードシェルジャケットの生地は表面がツルツルで裏面が滑りません。
The fabric of this hard shell jacket is slippery on the front and does not slip on the back.
そのために縫いズレを起こしやすく、カーブ同士の縫い合わせもとっても難しいのです。
For this reason, sewing deviation easily occurs, and it is difficult to stitch curves.
しかも、みらいちゃんサイズともなると縫製の難易度は、これはもしかして無理なんじゃないのレベルになります。
Also, when it comes to the size of a smartdoll, sewing is even more difficult.
ところが・・・、職人さんは、そんなのへっちゃらだもんと言わんばかりの異次元レベルで仕上げて下さいました。
Actually…, the factory craftsperson finishes with great quality.
ハードシェルジャケットはこれまでたくさんの工場さんにトライして頂きましたが、サンプルの仕上がりで感動したのは今回が初めてでした。
Hard shell jackets were prototyped at many factories. However, this was the first time I was impressed with the finish.

4月中には販売を開始できそうです。
